The Peace Bringer
Original piece from Sleven’s ongoing “Petit Chou Fleur” collection. The reaper, often known for bringing forth death, is portrayed here in a floral fashion. A plume of pink petals adorn his head, which would be the bud of a flower, whilst his skeletal structure is formed by the stems and leaves of a flower. This is another case of flowers representing birth, growth and life, Whilst the reaper represents transition, reflection and death of the old. And both indicate change on a physical and metaphorical level. Combined together, they farther in the new, a new personality, a new state of being, a new state of growth. Because of the the stresses that often come with the transmutation of the old to the new, a state of peace is often found shortly after, hence the name “The Peace Bringer”. A bold and reflective piece for anyone who knows the inner peace found from growth or for anybody who’s just into rad looking reapers!
