We currently deliver via Royal Mail and Parcel Force, covering both the UK and international destinations.

Delivery Options:

UK Standard: Flat rates based on item size (small, medium, large).

International Standard: Flat rates based on size and destination.

Free UK Shipping: Applied to orders over £250.

Free International Shipping: Applied to orders over £350.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

Pre-order or made-to-order items may take longer—please allow additional time for production.

Estimated Delivery Times:

UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

International: 7–14 working days after dispatch (may vary by location).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Must be in original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email mr.sle7en7@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom orders, commissioned art, and digital downloads are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Print-on-demand items (POD) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

For POD issues, contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged, email mr.sle7en7@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
