Original neo expressionistic style painting from Sleven. This piece is part of a triptych of hip-hop characters. Sleven had the plan of painting a MC, DJ & Graff writer on the salvaged boards he’d found. He went in with no other plans and just let the spirit of Basquiat & Biggie guide him, in a rhythmical neo expressionistic flow state. That manifested into a trio of pieces as colourful and abstract as a Rammellzee piece wearing a Coogie jumper. Creating this piece on salvaged board and adding a bespoke frame (also made from salvaged wood) adds to whole hip-hop ethos of building something out of nothing. A perfectly bespoke, vibrant, conversation starter, for any hip-hop heads wall!
